Drop-off Information for in-kind donations

The Homeless Coalition of Palm Beach County’s Donation Center is permanently closed however, donations can still be accepted at:
 
 Lewis Center located at 1000 45th Street West Palm Beach County 33407 in its main entrance.
 

Receiving hours are:
Monday-Friday: 8AM to 3PM

Important things to keep in mind:

  • During these unprecedented times, the safety and health of our donors as well as our clients, volunteers and staff is of utmost importance to us. Hence we require:
    • Wearing of face masks at all times while on our properties
    • Maintaining Social distancing
  • Due to space limitations we cannot and do not accept donations at the Lewis Center Annex.
  • Due to space limitations we cannot and do not accept donations at our WPB Datura Street location.
  • Under no circumstances, leave your donation exposed to the weather and sprinkler system outside of the donation center as this typically renders your donation useless.
  • Please package all your donations in bags (trash bags are fine) or boxes.
  • Please do not pack the individual bags/boxes too heavy as we are dealing quite frequently with volunteers incapable of lifting more than about 25lbs.
  • Due to space limitations we cannot accept furniture donations, please contact us if you wish to donate such.

When arriving at the property, please make an immediate right and drive around the building to the back. After you pass the 1st building you’ll notice our sign “Homeless Coalition Donation Center” on your left. This is where you find us.
